RETURN GOODS POLICY
The following Return Goods Policy related to Online Sales (the “Return Goods Policy”) is subject to the website hosted at www.elasto.lk, and all associated sites linked to www.elasto.lk by Textrip, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is a property of Textrip (Pvt) Ltd. (“Textrip”) (under the business registration number: PV/10965) of No. 122, YMBA Building, Sir Baron Jayathilake Mawatha, Colombo 01, Sri Lanka.
By using this Site, you connote your acceptance of this Return Goods Policy. This Return Goods Policy relates to Textrip’s Terms of Use, and by using this Site, you agree to the terms of Textrip’s Privacy Policy Notice and the Terms of Use.
Textrip reserves the sole discretion to amend and update the Return Goods Policy at any time with or without an advance communication to Users. Users can see revisions by looking at the updated date at the bottom of this page. By using this Site after any such changes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions as revised. We encourage Users to frequently follow this page for any updates. You hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree that it is your sole responsibility to periodically review the Return Goods Policy.
Policy Consideration
This Return Goods Policy applies only for goods purchased from this Site, but products purchased with certain discounts and special promotional offers may not be considered. Currently, we consider only returns and do not offer exchanges. Therefore, a new order is required to place online if you wish to buy a different product. The credit/debit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the value of the return item.
Textrip accepts returns only if following conditions are met.
Items needing replacement due to manufacturing damages and/or damages in transit only be referred to for such replacement.
Item needing return have not been used, washed, or not make any other alteration.
Item should be in original packaging.
Items should be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
The request for returning the goods should be submitted within 14 days from online purchase.
Returning an Item
It is essential to submit your request via the online platform below. We accept the requests for returning the goods only through this platform of this Site.
Upon successful submission, you will receive a Return Authorization Number.
You need to send the item that you wish to return with clearly specifying the Return Authorization Number on a separate paper.
Once the product you wish to return is received by Textrip (Pvt) Ltd., it may take up to 30 days to process the refund of the value.
If you have multiple products to return, please enter different submissions for each requirement based on the situation. In such cases, we appreciate it if you contact us beforehand.
Shipping Your Return
We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:
Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
Insert Return Authorization Number on a separate paper inside your box.
Hand over to a courier service provider to avoid damages whilst return shipping.
Write the same Return Authorization Number on the outside of package.
Send the package to: Textrip (Pvt) Ltd., Elpitiya Road, Bentota.
We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.
