The following Shipping Policy Notice (the “Shipping Policy”) is subject to the website hosted at www.elasto.lk, and all associated sites linked to www.elasto.lk by Textrip, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is a property of Textrip (Pvt) Ltd. (“Textrip”) (under the business registration number: PV/10965) of No. 122, YMBA Building, Sir Baron Jayathilake Mawatha, Colombo 01, Sri Lanka.
By using this Site, you connote your acceptance of the Shipping Policy. This Shipping Policy relates to Textrip’s Terms of Use, and by using this Site, you agree to the terms of Textrip’s Privacy Policy Notice and the Terms of Use.
Textrip reserves the sole discretion to amend and update the Shipping Policy at any time with or without an advance communication to Users. Users can see revisions by looking at the updated date at the bottom of this page. By using this Site after any such changes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions as revised. We encourage Users to frequently follow this page for any updates. You hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree that it is your sole responsibility to periodically review the Shipping Policy.
Shipping Orders
We arrange deliveries locally and internationally through registered service providers. Once the order has been successfully placed, the order will be processed, and goods will be dispatched within a business day depending on the number and type of product(s) involved. We do our best to ship your order fast, there can be situations which may take 2-3 business days to dispatch the order. In the event where unexpected catastrophes erupt, we will inform you by email and/or phone call, so that you will be updated on the situation.
Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
All purchases through this Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As Textrip (Pvt) Ltd., takes care of the shipping of the product(s) you purchase on this Site, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the courier agent from our factory. We shall send you an email when your order ships.
Shipping Fee
As specified in the checkout page in this Site when you purchase our products.
Delivery Address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. It is essential to include a contactable telephone number for all orders, most preferably a mobile number. For your protection, a signature is required for most deliveries.
Delivery Failures
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. Occasionally, packages are returned to Textrip (Pvt) Ltd., as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Textrip, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment. If you are an international customer, there can be additional surcharges as the carriers may charge their expenses for utilizing extended storage and handling services.
Gifts Delivery
If you are sending a gift, it may be a good idea to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way, otherwise they may refuse to accept the package believing that it was sent to them in error. It is recommended that you inform us on the same as we may share that information with the carrier as well. This could be useful to avoid any fraudulent attempts.
Shipping Status
Every order that we successfully dispatch will be accompanied with a Tracking Number and it will be communicated to you by an email. Please use this Tracking number along with your email address to track the status of your order. To see the detailed progress of your shipment, click on the “Track Your Order” link provided in the email or click “Track My Order” on the footer of this Site. As we process your order, the status will be updated accordingly.
Please note that tracking detail may not be active immediately with the carrier; in that case, check back in several hours or the following day. Please be informed that delivery times may be longer than usual due to the COVID-19 pandemic across the globe.
